Origins

It was Christmas morning in 2004 when Josiah unwrapped a gift we purchased for him. Truthfully it was a terrible example of a what is generally a very beautiful instrument! We weren’t wealthy and the violin reflected that. But to Josiah none of that mattered! With eyes as bid as silver dollars and shaking with excitement, he held in his little arms an instrument that would color the next 20 years of his life!
How did all this begin? It all started with an idea that music was great for a child's mind. Both my husband and I thought that Josiah would benefit greatly from learning to play the violin.
